How to subscribe to TapeACall?

1. Go to App Store or Google Play, depending on your device

2. Type TapeACall in the Search field

3. Install TapeACall app

4. Open the app

5. Tap “Continue” button to consent to TapeACall Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

6. Enter your phone number

7. Enter the verification code that was sent to your phone number via text

8. Select a Monthly or Yearly subscription plan

How to cancel a TapeACall subscription in the App Store?

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps on your iPhone:

1. On your iPhone, tap the link to go to Apple's subscription management system: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

2. If asked to open this page in the "iTunes Store" please tap Open. The screen may then take a few seconds to load.

3. Under Active, tap TapeACall and select Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen.

If you ever decide to re-subscribe, you can do so again through the TapeACall app.

How to cancel a TapeACall subscription in Google Play?

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps on your phone:

 

1. Go to Google Play app

2. At the top right, tap the profile icon

3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions

4. Select TapeACall

5. Tap Cancel subscription

6. Follow the instructions

If you ever decide to re-subscribe, you can do so again through the TapeACall app.
