I purchased TapeACall but there is no access number in my country.

TapeACall is not available in every App Store around the world. TapeACall is only available in a country's App Store if we have an access number in that country.

Using TapeACall With Other Party Calling Services (Skype, WhatsApp, FaceTime)

TapeACall is designed to allow you to record calls from your phone number to another phone number using the conference calling feature that your carrier offers. Because of this, TapeACall is unable to record using Hangouts, Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp, or any other 3rd party calling services that do not directly use your phone number to place the call.
